About Kathryn

Kathryn is a very detail-oriented person with the ability to see the big picture and understand the journey taken by the client. Kathryn is a person with lived experience as a Deaf signing consumer and communicates fluently in Auslan and Signed English. Kathryn has a mixed variety of clientele. Many of her Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients appreciate her empathy and understanding of various methods of communication.

Kathryn’s Deaf clients often enjoy being able to converse in their native language and she is as adaptive dealing with hearing clients through email, assistive telephone technology and text. Kathryn works with a passion for ensuring clients have access to legal information and are given a platform to be heard.

Away from the office, Kathryn enjoys getting lost and going on adventures. She is an avid reader and very much enjoys reading non-fiction. She serves as a board director on deaf oriented organisations and has served in an executive capacity at times.
